[Complete]Convenience of new mobile library stops
We have launched a more efficient and reliable mobile library service, with better quality stops at more central locations for longer periods of time.
You can find out the details of the new service in our leaflet (pdf, 525KB).
Before the launch, we wanted to know if we'd identified the most accessible stops. You were able to tell us if you agreed with the stop for your area, or suggest a new one by filling in our short questionnaire.

Where possible, the mobile library will stop alongside other community facilities.
Our staff will be pleased to discuss alternative arrangements with existing housebound mobile library users who may be affected by these changes.
The new service is also provided at a reduced cost to council tax payers.
These changes are part of a wider plan of service improvements.
