The Consultation Homepage gives you details about the consultation, and provides links to further information, as well as giving you the chance to submit a response either by completing an online questionnaire, or by uploading a response document. You can also take part in any discussion forums, and check the online calendar.
The links on the right-hand side allow you to go directly to an area within the consultation that you want to access.
