To ensure that as much of the site as possible is retained for employment use, we would wish to see various amendments made to the policies contained within the consultation draft document. In light of the points made above, please see our comments set out in relation to specific policies below: DM 33 - Settlement Boundaries: We acknowledge the adjustment to the Bleadon settlement boundary at Bleadon Quarry. This is acceptable only if employment use is protected on the site. If it is considere

The comment from Albion Property Partnerships does not include the supporting documents it refers to. So difficult to guess the site location from the description and comment accordingly.

We write on behalf of Mr R. Davies the owner of the land highlighted in red on the attached plan extract. As identified by other agents who have submitted representations to this consultation we question the appropriateness of progressing this consultation on the Sites and Policies Plan when further housing may be required and a Green Belt review may be undertaken to meet the required housing needs of the district. We submit comments on behalf of the owners of Backwell House (Hobbes Properties) who are also the owners of the adjoining Flax Bourton Quarry and works. Backwell House is a Grade II Listed House with extensive outbuildings and a walled garden that is located within the Green Belt but close to the settlement boundary of Backwell as shown on the attached plans. The house has been empty for some years and is falling into disrepair. The owners are reluctant to sell the property on the grounds that

POLICY DM33 SETTLEMENT BOUNDARIES No major strategic changes are proposed at Clevedon as it is constrained by Green Belt to the north and floodplain to the south. The Green Belt and settlement boundaries remain unchanged. No new housing sites have been allocated. Land outside of the town boundary is regarded for planning policy purposes as countryside. RESOLVED: Clevedon Town Council accept the settlement boundaries for Clevedon as shown on the proposals map. PROCEDURE FOR UPDATING THE SPDPD

Policy DM33 Settlement Boundaries Persimmon Homes object to Policy DM33 Settlement Boundaries and the Proposals Map, in respect of Weston Airfield. Weston Airfield is a major previously developed site at Weston-super-Mare and priority should be given to make best use of pdl opportunities. It is noted that the policy states the extent of Weston-super-Mare is shown on the Proposals Map. The policy states land outside the defined settlement boundaries is regarded for planning policy purposes as

I would like to suggest that the Settlement Boundary at Tickenham should be extended to include ALL the houses within the speed limit from East to West along the Villlage. Hoping you will give this your due consideration.
