In these circumstances we submit that if the DPD is drafted on a minimum yield threshold of 10 units per site, then no amendments should be made to Appendix B, Schedules 1 (pp 1) & Schedule 2 (pp 7).

Churchill Parish Council considered that as designated service villages, Churchill and Langford were very much dormitory communities and has very few employment opportunities within the immediate locality and no designated employment or development sites. If the Core Strategy Challenge results in an increase in housing numbers the Council wished to highlight that in the event that any site does come forward that local employment is given priority.
