    [Complete]Strategic Housing Service Standards and Customer Charter

    North Somerset Council's Strategic Housing Service is in the process of developing a New Customer Charter and a new range of Service Standards to improve the delivery of our services and enhance our customer experience.

    As part of our commitment to listening to the views of our customers we are consulting with as many people as possible, and are seeking the views of our customers and partner agencies on the new draft Service Standards and Customer Charter.  The feedback from this consultation will be used to inform the development of the final Service Standards and Customer Charter.

    This consultation has been completed responses were received from a wide range of partners including, housing associations, the private Landlords forum, council wide staff, housing teams andindividual team members, Liberata, PCT, internal partners and local residents.  More information is available in our consultation report.
