    [Closed]Strategic Housing Service Standards and Customer Charter

    North Somerset Council's Strategic Housing Service is in the process of developing a New Customer Charter and a new range of Service Standards to improve the delivery of our services and enhance our customer experience.

    As part of our commitment to listening to the views of our customers we are consulting with as many people as possible, and are seeking the views of our customers and partner agencies on the new draft Service Standards and Customer Charter.  The feedback from this consultation will be used to inform the development of the final Service Standards and Customer Charter.

    We would be grateful if you would take the time to complete the questionnaire to let us know what you think of these new Service Standards and Customer Charter.  Please respond by the 31st August 2010 for your feedback to be considered.
